Massage Therapy is manual soft tissue manipulation involving holding, or applying pressure to the body. I use many therapeutic approaches in Natural Touch Massage Therapy.

Massage has been known to increase one's alertness and energy level. Digestion, breathing, appearance, metabolism and several other aspects of the body are stabilized and operate more efficiently after bodywork. Massage can also be preventative medicine against conditions that occur later in life, such as cancers, osteoporosis, ulcers and heart disease.

Massage improves the circulation and nutrition of the joints and can increase joint range of motion. Massage helps to reestablish proper tone in muscles.
